Ideagen is a software company that specialises in compliance solutions, document management, workflow and clinical solutions. Indeed the last seems to be becoming a major focus of the company following recent acquisitions with major sales activity focussed on the NHS (see later). They operate a “buy and build” model, trying to grow organic revenue and make complementary business purchases. At the AGM on the 29th October 2013, there seemed to only be about 4 ordinary shareholders present at the offices of Finncap in the City of London, but it proved to be a useful meeting even so.
