Today (17 Dec 2013) DotDigital held its Annual General Meeting at their offices in London just south of the river. There were three ordinary shareholders attended including me which is two more than last year. They might need to move to a larger venue next year at this rate. The Company Secretary mentioned to me before the meeting that they were going to do a poll on all resolutions at the request of two of the major shareholders, but as it turned out there were no major votes against any resolutions so this seemed somewhat pointless. One gets the distinct impression that somebody does not understand how AGMs normally operate without bothering with polls.
