This AIM listed company decided to hold its recent AGM at 9am on Wednesday 28th September at its offices in Blackburn, Lancashire. ShareSoc members will not be surprised to learn that I was the only shareholder, other than the directors, present at this event. Without the fortuitous combination of a visit to relatives, attendance at such events can be difficult to justify – not the purpose of a General Meeting of a company with its investors.
