The Annual General Meeting of Cambridge Cognition Plc (COG) took place on May 27th at the offices of Finncap in the City of London. Cambridge Cognition claims to be the leading global provider of cognitive assessment software for clinical trials, academic research and healthcare provision - for example the early detection of dementia which is of course a growing problem as the population ages . The company listed on AIM in 2013, but the financial results since have not been at all inspiring, with substantial losses in 2013 and sales falling. However a new management team took over and sales now appear to be on a more positive path, with profits forecast for the current financial year by analysts.
