On the 16th December I attended the Annual General Meeting of DotDigital Group Plc (DOTD), one of those annoying companies whose proper name does not start with a capital letter. They can try to ignore the rules of English but I will not. The meeting was held in their new offices at One London Bridge, next to the River Thames and adjacent to London Bridge Station. It is in a prestige new office block and had clearly been also fitted out expensively. I asked the CFO what it cost before the meeting commenced and he said £47 per square foot for a ten year lease with a five year break clause. That's quite a lot of money even for the good location.
