I was the only ordinary shareholder who turned up for the Annual General Meeting of DotDigital (DOTD) today (15/12/2015). That's the same as last year. It was a convenient location and time so that's a bit surprising, but apparently they have few private shareholders. They have shown steady revenue and profits growth in the last few years and they even pay a small dividend. Perhaps lack of private investor interest is because the previous CEO Peter Simmonds never gave great presentations to investors - he has now moved onto become Chairman of a couple of other AIM companies (although he remains on the board as a non-exec director here, which is not best practice).
