Hurricane Energy (HUR) is an oil Exploration and Production (E&P) company specialising in fractured basement plays, with acreage in development in the North Sea. The AGM was held in a conference room at the Royal Society of Chemistry in Piccadilly, London. There were 25-30 attendees including some small shareholders, many of whom were long term investors. Management mingled with attendees both before and after the event, and were happy to answer questions. However, as the company is in the process of developing its assets, and does not have any operations at present, there were not many useful questions that they could answer.
