Today I attended the Annual General Meeting of Ideagen Plc in Finncap’s central London office. Six ordinary shareholders were present and the AGM (including myself and Sharesoc’s Roger Lawson and Mark Bentley), with all four board members present as well. Ideagen Plc is an AIM listed company that supplies information management software to highly regulated industries (Healthcare, Defence, Transport etc.). Financial highlights from year ending 30th April 2016 are revenue up 52% (organic revenue up 10%), dividend up 11% from 2015, and net cash at year end up from £5.3m to £6.3m.
