Petrofac designs, builds and maintains oil and gas installations. Their Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held in the West End of London on the 11th May. There was a good attendance of about 100 people, although a lot of them seemed to be Petrofac staff who did mingle both before and after the meeting with shareholders. The Chairman, Norman Murray, who is relatively new to the job, commenced by covering the main points of the morning’s “Interim Management Statement”. They expect revenue growth of 15% in 2012 and are on target to achieve their medium term target (to double earnings by 2015).
