Software Radio Technology held its Annual General Meeting on the 8th September at its offices in Midsomer Norton (south of Bath for those who have no idea where that is). Surprisingly about 40 shareholders attended even so. At least the time of 11.00 a.m. meant I did not have to get up much before dawn. The attendees were of course all private shareholders so far as I could tell, with some from a local “share club” – as there was no checking of people as being on the share register, anyone could apparently attend the meeting. The meeting commenced with the formal business chaired by Simon Rogers. I questioned the high “past due receivables” figure on page 30. The answer was that this was mainly due to a South American
