Van Elle Holdings (VANL), a leading UK piling and ground engineering contractor, is yet another relative newcomer to the AIM market which has never come close to fulfilling expectations. A trip to its AGM, held on September 12, gave a chance to check out whether there is any recovery potential in a company whose market cap has shrunk from £80m at the time of its October 2016 IPO to around £30m currently. The AGM, held at 10.00am at the London offices of Eversheds, its solicitors, was attended by no more than a half a dozen shareholders.
