Shareholder Rights – Response from Kelly Tolhurst, BEIS Minister

There are continuing sign of progress on shareholder rights. The Law Commission Review is progressing and we have received the following letter from the Government.

Corporate Responsibility Minister Kelly Tolhurst sent me the above snail mail letter on 12 Feb which I received on 29 Feb, because it went to our virtual office and no copy was sent by email. But it was personally signed.

 

The letter was in response to the one I wrote to Andrea Leadsom, Secretary of State on 27 January.
