Founded in 1981, Foxtons is London’s leading estate agency and largest lettings agency brand, with a portfolio of over 28,000 tenancies. Guy Gittins – Chief Executive Officer
Guy joined Foxtons as CEO in September 2022. Guy has significant property sector and leadership experience. Before joining Foxtons, Guy was CEO of Chestertons, the London and international residential property specialist. Guy started his early career at Foxtons, leaving in 2006 to become Sales and Marketing Director for Peter de Savary. In May 2010 he joined Savills, before moving to Chestertons in 2012, as head of their flagship Chelsea office before becoming CEO in 2018.

Chris Hough – Chief Financial Officer
Chris joined Foxtons in May 2019 as the Group’s Director of Finance and Company Secretary. Having played a key role in the financial management of the business he was then appointed CFO in April 2022. Chris is a qualified Chartered Accountant and prior to joining Foxtons spent over 10 years at Deloitte, where he was a Director.

EnSilica plc (ENSI)

EnSilica is a designer and supplier of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuit). ASICs are Integrated Circuits or semiconductor chips developed for a particular use or product rather than for general purpose usage.  ASICs help differentiate products through optimised hardware making products smaller, faster, lower power, improved security, add novel functionality, improving supply chain security and protecting products from being copied.

The Company has expertise in the area of designing complex mixed signal ASICs. Mixed signal ASICs combine digital and analogue functions onto a single chip. They are the most complex chips to design hence the highest value.

The Company was established in 2001 as a specialist consultancy designing ICs on a contract basis. Using over 15 years’ first-hand industry experience, the Company was able to begin transitioning to a fabless design and supply business model in 2016.

Ian Lankshear Chief Executive Officer
Ian Co-founded EnSilica in 2001 as a semiconductor design services business. Under his stewardship the company has enjoyed sustained growth based on market leading opportunities, innovation and export success.

Strong technical and commercial background covering semiconductors and adjacent markets. Having spent his early career in radar systems development for Siemens Plessey Systems, he moved into semiconductor development in 1996 working for Hitachi and subsequently Nokia.

Mark Hodgkins Executive Chairman
Mark graduated from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Accountant. He started working with EnSilica in May 2016. Formerly a Partner with Grant Thornton and Ernst & Young, specialising in strategy for mid-sized companies. He advised on corporate transactions, worth in excess of £2.5Bn. Since leaving Ernst & Young in 2005, Mark has served as CEO of a number of engineering businesses, with experience in leadership positions including publicly listed businesses.

XP Factory plc (XPF)

The XP Factory Group is one of the UK’s pre-eminent experiential leisure businesses which currently operates two fast growing leisure brands.  Escape Hunt® is a global leader in providing escape-the-room experiences delivered through a network of owner-operated sites in the UK, an international network of franchised outlets in five continents, and through digitally delivered games which can be played remotely. Boom Battle Bar® is a fast-growing network of owner-operated and franchised sites in the UK that combine competitive socialising activities with themed cocktails, drinks and street food in a high energy setting.  Activities include a range of games such as augmented reality darts, Bavarian axe throwing, ‘crazier golf’, shuffleboard and others.  The Group’s products enjoy premium customer ratings and cater for leisure or teambuilding, in small groups or large, and are suitable for consumers, businesses and other organisations. Presenters:
Richard Harpham, CEO
Richard joined the Company on its Admission to AIM after working since November 2016 with the XP Factory (formerly Escape Hunt) management team. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Harris + Hoole, leading its turnaround. With over four years of experience as Global Head of Strategy at Pret A Manger and strategic and financial roles at companies including Constellation Brands, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Richard brings a wealth of expertise.

Graham Bird, CFO
Graham joined the Company on 6 January 2020, bringing significant experience in financial and City matters and in growing small businesses. A chartered accountant qualified with Deloitte in London, he was one of the founding employees at Gresham House plc, where he established and managed the successful strategic equity business unit. Prior to this, Graham held senior executive roles at PayPoint Plc, including director of strategic planning and corporate development, and executive chairman and president of PayByPhone. He also served as head of strategic investment at SVG Investment Managers and as a director in the corporate finance department at JPMorgan Cazenove.
